A small flame needs fuel. We speak life, build confidence, and help creatives see themselves the way God sees them.

• Speak truth to doubt and fear
• Affirm unique gifts, no matter the skill level
• Create community and connection among participants

How We Encourage:

• Group affirmations and peer celebrations
• Monthly “Creative Check-Ins”
• Encouragement-based feedback (not critique-first)

M — MENTOR

Growth takes guidance. We don’t just teach—we journey with our creatives.

Focus:

• Provide wise counsel from experienced music servants
• Model humility, servitude, and spiritual awareness
• Build intergenerational connections

How We Mentor:

• 1:1 and small group mentorship tracks
• “Serve What Is Serving You” journaling and reflection
• Access to seasoned leaders, virtual or in person

T — TRAIN

“We prepare you to serve.”

Skill unlocks service.

We give our creatives tools to confidently share their gifts with the world.

Focus:

• Develop musical, vocal, and leadership skills
• Teach how to serve in real-life environments (churches, prisons, weddings, etc.)
• Empower with excellence—not perfection

How We Train:

• Performance practice & worship leading sessions
• Technical training (voice, instrumentation, harmony, transitions)
• Real-world outreach experiences
